CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life can be unpredictable and that plans sometimes change. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, the following cancellation fees apply:

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

No-shows will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount.

Appointments made within 24 hours of the scheduled time that are canceled less than 4 hours prior to the appointment will be charged a fee of 50%.
Please understand that missed appointments or late cancellations prevent us from offering that time slot to other clients.
